Anderson Gomes highlights Brazil's potential to advance in the rare earth production chain.

The CEO of the Center for Management and Strategic Studies (CGEE), Professor Anderson Gomes, participated in the "Citizenship" program on TV Senado. In an interview with presenter Paulo Acrísio, he spoke about Brazil's potential in the area of rare earth elements and the challenges for the country to advance in the development of knowledge, technologies, and industrial capabilities related to these resources.

During the conversation, Gomes addressed topics such as Brazilian reserves, technological bottlenecks for the development of the production chain, the training of professionals, and the importance of public policies for the strategic use of these resources.

The CEO also presented the CGEE study on rare earths in Brazil, which analyzes technical and strategic aspects related to the development of the supply chain, from the extraction and separation of minerals to the transformation and commercialization of higher value-added products.
