CGEE promotes dialogue on process improvement and innovation in management.

Employees learned details about the implementation of a new technological solution aimed at administrative efficiency and strengthening institutional routines.

The Center for Management and Strategic Studies (CGEE) held, last Wednesday (17), at its headquarters in Brasília (DF), a strategic alignment agenda with employees of the Administration and Finance Directorate (DAF). The meeting aimed to strengthen internal dialogue, promote team integration and share progress related to the modernization of the institution's management processes.

Led by the Center's Director of Administration and Finance, Geraldo Nunes, the meeting addressed initiatives aimed at improving administrative routines and presented employees with details of the implementation of a new technological solution that will be used to integrate areas such as financial, accounting, and personnel management.

This initiative is part of a broader process of modernizing institutional management, conducted by DAF over the course of a year. During this period, different solutions available on the market were evaluated with the aim of identifying a tool capable of meeting the Center's specific needs, including requirements related to budget management, system integration, and process automation.

The adoption of the new platform represents another step in the efforts aimed at improving the administrative structure of CGEE. The process also includes a set of measures aimed at strengthening the internal organization of the Directorate of Administration and Finance. Among them are updates to the internal regulations and the restructuring of organizational units.

During the meeting, employees were able to learn about the implementation objectives, clarify doubts, and understand how the new tool will contribute to optimizing workflows, integrating information, and increasing operational efficiency. The agenda also reinforced the importance of team participation in the institutional transformation process and in the joint construction of solutions to the Center's challenges.

"This action is part of a cycle of strategic alignment agendas promoted by CGEE with its technical staff, an initiative that seeks to strengthen internal communication, increase employee engagement, and encourage an organizational culture based on dialogue, collaboration, and continuous process improvement," says the director.
